One of the attributes of real estate is its uniqueness, uniqueness, and individuality. The basis for real estate researchers to name this attribute is the location, the view, the landscape from each house. A piece of land, a house, in terms of topography, it is almost impossible to repeat a second similar one.
View of Notre Dame Cathedral I Hướng nhìn ra nhà thờ Đức Bà.
So is this house. Just by looking at the photo of the view from inside the house, people in Saigon, even those who only visit Saigon can guess the area where the house exists: overlooking the green April 30 park and majestic Notre Dame Cathedral. The section of Han Thuyen Street in this area is actually not just a house. But the house is newly renovated, taking care of the views that make it stand out from the surrounding houses. That's the reason to say "unique though plural"!

From the outside, few people know that the house has been renovated. The former house had a heavy exterior. Architect Nguyen Dinh Gioi redesigned and "updated" modern elements, but paid special attention to the surrounding landscape, which makes the house "unique". The shape is somewhat similar to the roof of the church, but the façade is made of metal with the shape of a forest, in harmony with the park in front. With a house with an area equivalent to a townhouse, he took advantage of the most valuable and most advantageous part of the house, the views.
The façade is specially designed, the upper half of the facade is patterned metal doors, when opened from the bedrooms, you can look directly at the green canopy outside. When closed, the doors combine to form a picture. At night, when the lights are on, the picture becomes clearer with contrasting light and dark patches.
The façade below is a large glass wall, sitting in the living room can enjoy watching a picture frame outside of brilliant green trees in the sun. The side of the house is opened with clear glass corridors to see Notre Dame Cathedral at every point of the day.
The living room is wide open to direct the whole outside to nature / Green trees outside like a private garden
The mezzanine floor still has a blue door frame. I Tầng lửng vẫn có khung cửa tràn đầy màu xanh.
The dining room also faces outside I Phòng ăn cũng hướng ra bên ngoài
To connect with nature, outside the yard there is a lake and green trees. The interior is used natural materials and colors and is neatly arranged, intentionally taking up less space, giving way to open spaces and interior views from the top down and from the bottom up. All spaces are focused on overlooking the garden and nature outside, to enjoy the rare privilege of a crowded city.
The house does not seem to have any traces of renovation. It brings a new spirit and a new form, bringing a new beauty to this street corner. Harmonious and humble with the surrounding natural scenery while still asserting that it is "unique"!
